New equipment technologies have emerged over the past several years. USS is working to align itself with the “Green” movement. USS diligently complies with the air quality boards throughout the State of California to reduce our carbon footprint.
This will be a challenge for any and all contractors in the industry. However, we never forget to remind people that we have always been “Green” since the start!
Our Street Sweepers prevent run off to the Bay’s and Rivers as well as the local creeks and streams. USS and our Related Companies stand proud when it comes to providing the newest and most innovative Street Sweeping Equipment in the industry.
Our parking lot teams strive for perfections in keeping our environment clean! Most recently our Municipal Company, Contract Sweeping Services, Inc. (CSS), was recognized by the City of San Jose. Our company's collaborative approach with the Department of Transportation’s pavement staff in delivered the 2007 Residential Street Sealing Maintenance project.
